Payment
- You will not pay anything at the time of booking.
- We will only request a credit card number as a guarantee of the reservation and we will pre-authorize the card provided as a valid card verification to guarantee the reservation.
- For reservations with long-term stays or reservations of several accommodations, an advance of 30% will be charged.
Important information
- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 10 a.m.
- The accommodation is delivered equipped with all kitchen utensils, bed linen and bath towels.
- Children under 2 years old can stay for free with a cot. Service on request.
- The consumption of water, electricity, heating and firewood are included in the total price of the stay, and therefore the use of devices that alter the expected consumption of supplies is not allowed. To preserve the environment, we ask you to use water, electricity, heating and firewood rationally.
- Please respect the rest of the other people, excessive noise or music will not be allowed after 11pm.
- The number of occupants of the accommodation may not exceed the places specified in each reservation.
- Clients must leave the accommodation in the conditions of cleanliness, operation and use in which it was delivered.
- The use of the house for any type of activity other than accommodation is not allowed. Activities and behaviors contrary to hygiene or normal coexistence or that violate public order may not be carried out either.
Cancellation and modification policy
- Up to 7 days before the arrival date without additional charges.
- With less than 7 days before arrival, it implies the corresponding charge in the middle of the stay (minimum charge of one night) as a penalty for cancellation.
- In case of no-show on the day of entry or in advance of the day of departure, the total reservation will be charged.
- In case of modification, it must be done at least 7 days in advance and the prices will be updated to those existing at the time of the modification for the new requested dates.
- Non-Refundable promotions will not allow changes or cancellations. At the time of making the reservation, the entire amount will be charged.
